(hereinafter, ÓBAL URBAN HOTEL), with registered office at Avda. Ramón y Cajal, 3 Plta 2, holding Tax Identification Number (CIF) B93099521, and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Málaga on February 7, 2011, under Volume 4844, Book 3752, Page 193, Section 8, Sheet MA107952, Entry 1.
