The exterior design and architecture of the building have been renovated using organic materials and an innovative “ventilated façade” system, which allows us to achieve excellent thermal performance and avoid humidity. We always strive to make the most of Marbella’s wonderful climate and to provide our clients with the highest level of comfort.

Our Óbal Urban Hotel has the most advanced technology on the market in terms of air conditioning, ventilation and hot water production, which, in addition to achieving a very high level of efficiency in our facilities, has improved both comfort and hygiene conditions.
